Refunds: what is covered and how to request one
We want you to be confident trying the service, so refunds are straightforward. The short version is below; the full legal text lives on our Refund Policy page.
What is covered
- Service not working: if we cannot get the service running on your device within 72 hours of activation and our troubleshooting steps did not help, you get a full refund.
- Accidental duplicate payment: refunded in full, always.
- Wrong plan purchased: if you have not used the line yet, we swap or refund it.
What is not covered
- Buffering caused by your local internet, device or ISP blocking (we will help you fix it instead — see the Troubleshooting category).
- Change of mind after substantial usage of the subscription period.
- Issues on channels added or removed by third-party broadcasters.
How to request
Open a support ticket or email us with your order number and a short description. Refunds go back to the original payment method: crypto refunds are sent to the sending wallet address, card refunds return via the payment link provider (typically 5–10 business days to appear).
Try before you buy
The free 24-hour trial exists precisely so you can test everything on your own devices first — we strongly recommend it.
