Where to find your subscription credentials

Your IPTV credentials are delivered twice, so you can always find them again: by email and inside your account dashboard.

In your email

As soon as your order is completed, we send an activation email with your server URL, username and password, plus quick links to the setup guides. The subject line contains your order number. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot see it — automated mail sometimes lands there.

In your dashboard

Log in and open the Dashboard. Every active subscription card shows its credentials and the renewal date. The password is hidden by default — click the eye icon to reveal it, or the copy icon to copy a field straight to your clipboard.

Credentials vs. account password

Your website account password (what you log in with here) and your IPTV line password (what your TV app uses) are different on purpose. Changing one never changes the other.

Lost activation email?

No problem — the dashboard always shows the current credentials. If you believe someone else has seen your line password, contact support and we will reset it for you within minutes.
