Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information WOBBO IPTV collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to the website, checkout, customer dashboard and support channels.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address and a hashed password when you register. Order data: purchased plans, amounts, timestamps and payment method (never full card details — card payments are processed by our payment partners). Usage data: login history, IP addresses and device/browser information used for security and fraud prevention. Support data: tickets and messages you send us.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not log what you watch. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on authenticated pages.

3. How we use data

We use your data to: provide and activate your subscription; process payments and prevent fraud; send transactional email (order confirmations, credentials, expiry reminders); provide support; and meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Processing is based on: performance of a contract (providing your subscription); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); and legal obligation (financial records). Where consent is the basis (optional marketing), you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors (to complete your payment); email delivery providers (to send you mail); and authorities where legally required. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are retained for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years). Support conversations are kept for 24 months. Logs used for security are rotated after 90 days.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sensitive traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), staff access is role-based and protected by mandatory two-factor authentication, and payment pages run under a strict content security policy.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (subject to legal retention duties) or object to certain processing. Email support@wobboiptv.com from your account address and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security, plus local storage for interface preferences (for example a dismissed announcement banner). No third-party advertising cookies are set.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are announced by email or site notice before they take effect. The "last updated" date appears at the bottom of the page in your dashboard copy.
