Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WOBBO IPTV website, subscription services and related applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WOBBO IPTV sells subscription access to IPTV streams provided by third-party infrastructure partners. Subscriptions are delivered electronically as access credentials and are for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that share credentials beyond the connection limit of the purchased plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are sold for fixed periods (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and are paid in advance. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you will receive reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 days before expiry, and renewing is always a manual action from your dashboard. Prices are in USD and may change for future purchases with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute access unless you hold an explicit reseller plan; attempt to probe, attack or disrupt the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or circumvent connection limits or technical protections. Violations may lead to immediate termination without refund.

5. Free trials

Free trials are offered once per customer and per IP address for evaluation. Abuse of the trial system (multiple trials, fake identities) results in trial termination and may affect future purchases.

6. Availability and content changes

We target 99% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel line-ups, EPG data and VOD libraries are provided by third parties and may change without notice. Temporary maintenance windows are announced where possible.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: technical failure we cannot resolve is refunded; issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection or ISP are not.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOBBO IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; subscriptions remain active until their paid end date. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
